The Wandering Hermit is not a 1-900 number with people answering phones 24 hours a day and charging by the minute. Readings are pre-booked, which means they are pre-scheduled and pre-paid. Readings are in 1/2 hour or 1 hour timeslots. We advise clients to read the information on our readers and select the one they feel the most comfortable contacting.

To contact us to arrange a reading:

1. Look through our list of readers
   

2. Decide which reader you would like to work with
   
3. E-mail the reader. Be sure to include how long a reading you would like (hour or half-hour) and what times work for you.
   
4. The reader will respond with times he or she is available and work out billing information with you (we bill through credit cards -- if payment is made by personal check, the check must clear before the reading is done).
   
5. At the time you and the reader have selected for your reading, our reader will call you at the phone number you provide.

Half hour readings are $43.00 and hour readings are $75. This is based on a $35.00 charge for a half hour reading and a $60.00 charge for an hour reading, with the cost of a domestic (inside the U.S.A.) phone call included.
