The
downloaded files contain the same information as the online files,
although the formatting may be a little different. Basically I am only
maintaining one version of this tutorial. There are two files in the
downloaded version that do not show up in the online version. The two
pictures to show spreads are inserted into the online version, but are
included separately here. You can load these files with Word Pad (in
Windows 95 and up) and print them. I also suggest printing out the
picture files.
